Subject of depositions: Capital messuage, farm, and demeasne lands, commonly called or known by the name of St Mary Blandford, or Mr Chettell's house or demeasne lands, lying in the parish of St Mary Blandford. Whether Susanna Chettell, widow (plaintiff's grandmother), upon the marriage of her son Francis Chettell (plaintiff's late father), late husband of the wife of defendant Thomas, did surrender to Francis her capital messuage and jointure lands in St Mary Blandford? etc. Also touching the lands of Richard Rogers in same parish adjoining such jointure lands and purchased by plaintiff's grandmother. Also lands in such parish purchased by Francis of Henry Drake, and lands there exchanged by plaintiff's mother with John Pett, clerk. Metes and bounds. Waste and spoil of woods. Arbitration.
