Description

Short title: Westrow v Scott.

Plaintiff(s): Elizabeth Westrow, widow, and executrix of Dame Mary Scott, relict of Sir Edward Scott, deceased.

Defendant(s): Sir Thomas Scott, John Knatchbull, Thomas Gembledon, Henry Impett, Richard Wraight, Richard Greene.

Subject of depositions: Scotts Hall and the manor and lands belonging (Kent), and particularly touching the lands, called Scotland Lees, and other lands in the parish of Braborne (Kent), and lands, in the parish of Birch (Kent). Touching an annuity of £300 paid to Dame Mary Scott out of the premises.

County/place: Kent.

Date of commission: 13 February 1682.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 27 and 29 April 1682 at Canterbury.
