Description

Short title: Sheene v Aynsworth.

Plaintiff(s): William Sheene.

Defendant(s): John Aynsworth.

Subject of depositions: Pasture ground in Hardwick, in the parish of Breedon, in Worcester, called the Overdownes. Mortgage. [Richard Lightfoote, George Lightfoote, Humpy. Davis, and Thomas Aynsworth (late father of defendant), are mentioned].
