Subject of depositions: Last will and testament and estate, of John Coke, of Holkham, deceased, including lands, called Dunton, Burrough Hall, Hill Hall alias Holkham, Lucas, Neales, Waterden, Fulmodeston, and Roses (Norfolk), Campdolent, Laxfield, Cratfield. Horham, Thorphall, and Horham Jernegans (Suffolk), in the possession of defendant Gwavas, and lately in the possession of Gwavas and Robert Coke, of Nonsuch (called Captain Coke), now deceased, a kinsman of John Coke.
