Short title: Murthwaite v Pearse.

Plaintiff(s): Henry Murthwaite, clerk.

Defendant(s): Richard Pearse, Anthony Marshall.

Subject of depositions: Rectory and parish of Barkeby, and the manor and chapel of Hutton Bonvile, in York. Metes and bounds. Tithes.
