Short title: Wentworth v Beaumont.

Plaintiff(s): Sir William Wentworth, kt, and others. [See No.4 of this Term for names.].

Defendant(s): Dame Mary Beaumont.

Subject of depositions: Rectory, vicarage, and parish of Sandall Magna and the township of Criggleston. Tithes. [Richard Beaumont, of Whitley Hall, kt, heretofore impropriator of the rectory, plaintiff in a former suit, and Thomas Boyne, defendant, are mentioned.] [See also Number 4. of this term].

County/place: Yorkshire.

Date of commission: 28 November 1681.
