Defendant(s): Richard Dewxell.
Subject of depositions: Decrees of the Court of Exchequer, one of 14 February 1680, ordering that the defendant should account before the deputy remembrancer for the value ofthe goods of the testator Richard Messenger, and the other an order of the 23 June 1681, ordering John Tyler (plaintiff's guardian) to give security. Touching an alleged contempt of court committed by defendant in disobeying both orders.
