Description

Short title: Cony v Dorrington.

Plaintiff(s): Richard Cony and his wife Elizabeth.

Defendant(s): Francis Dorrington, John Dorrington, and his wife Priscilla.

Subject of depositions: Houses and lands called The Nuns, or by any other name, situate "in the parishes, towns, and places in St Martin's, Stamford Barron, or elsewhere, in the counties of Northampton and Lincoln, or one of them, which the complts. or one of them had a right or title to from the Rt Hon John Earl of Exeter" etc.

County/place: Northamptonshire.

Date of commission: 28 November 1681.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 26 January 1682 at Stamford Baron.
