Plaintiff(s): Edmund Broadway.
Defendant(s): George Pitt, StepHenry Baldwin.
Subject of depositions: Grounds in the parish of Winchcombe called The Great Cotmore Hill and Sawcombe More, in plaintiff's possession, and recovered at law by Giles Broadway (plaintiff's father) against the late Lord Chandos about 25 years ago, and touching the sale of part thereof by Giles to Richard Hill.
County/place: Gloucestershire.
Date of commission: 28 November 1681.
Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 23 January 1682 at Winchcomb.
