Description

Short title: Salisbury v Whitby.

Plaintiff(s): Francis Salisbury, clerk.

Defendant(s): Anne Whitby, widow and relict of Oliver Whitby, Batchelor of Divinity, and Oliver Whitbye her sonne (an infant), by the said Anne his mother and guardian.

Subject of depositions: Vicarage and parish of Hartinge (Sussex). Touching the cost and expense the plaintiff was put to in repairing, the vicarage house.

County/place: Sussex.

Date of commission: 28 November 1681.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 31 January 1682 at Harting, Sussex.
