Description

Short title: Barlow v Langford.

Plaintiff(s): Mary Barlow, widow.

Defendant(s): George Langford, Roger Glegg, Hugh Poole, Thomas Mosse, Thomas Morgan, William Walley, William Robinson, Ellen Dunne, William Penlington, Robert Robinson, John Holland, Henry Salsbury and his wife.

Subject of depositions: Estate of Captain William Langford (plaintiff's grandfather) and the legitimacy of Hugh (a son of the Captain and the plaintiff's father), and the lands, in Tranmore, of which the Captain died possessed.

County/place: Cheshire.

Date of commission: 22 June 1681.
