Plaintiff(s): Katherine Finch, widow, relict and executrix of the last will and testament of William Finch.
Defendant(s): Richard Scriven.
Subject of depositions: Collecting or receiving of the duty arising to his Majesty from firehearths in Salop. Arrears of accounts of William Finch, alleged to have been taken upon themselves by defendant Scriven and Sir Richard Otley in rendering their accounts to the Exchequer under a promise from Finch to reimburse them.
County/place: Worcestershire; Shropshire.
Date of commission: 22 June 1681.
