Touching the execution of the trust by that defendant, and the payment to plaintiff of the marriage portion promised by defendant Haworth on the marriage of plaintiff with her daughter Jane Stonehewer (plaintiff's late wife). [A messuage in Cheshire called Hasles made over to the plaintiff in part payment of such marriage portion, and Mr Townley, of Royle (plaintiff's uncle), are mentioned].
