Subject of depositions: Manors of Sibsey and Claxby alias Claxby Pluckeacre (Lincolnshire), and lands belonging, purchased by Sir James Drax of Sir Edward Norton, and an encumbrance upon the estate by a judgment obtained by John Farmery, Doctor of Lawes, against Sir Walter Norton. Touching also the lands of Sir Walter Norton in Sibsey, Winthorpe, Claxby alias Claxby Pluck Acre, Minningsley, Stickney, Mooreby, given in jointure by Sir Walter (under a deed) upon his marriage with Mary Stourton, the daughter of Edward Lord Stourton, in consideration of the sum of one thousand nine hundred pounds paid to him for her marriage portion.
