Description

Short title: Cooke v Bishop.

Plaintiff(s): Roger Cooke.

Defendant(s): John Bishop, administrator of the goods and chattels of Robert Bishop, deceased, not administred by Thomas Bishop, deceased, who was administrator of the goods and chattels of said Robert Bishop, at the sute of Roger Coke, executor of the last will and testament of Cyriac Coke, deceased.

Subject of depositions: Bond, said to have been given, that Ciriack Cooke should procure a lease to Robert Bishopp to be under bailiffe of the liberty of the hundred of Blything, in Suffolk.

County/place: Suffolk.

Date of commission: 30 June 1680.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 12 October 1680 at Yoxford.
