Description

Short title: Crompton v Collyer.

Plaintiff(s): William Crompton.

Defendant(s): James Collyer, Henry Hatrell, Peter Franklin.

Subject of depositions: Town and manor of Stone (Staffordshire), and the mills belonging. Touching the custom of suit and service to the mills (i.e. grinding corn, etc.).

County/place: Staffordshire.

Date of commission: 30 June 1680.
