Description

Short title: Tulley v Hudleston.

Plaintiff(s): Timothy Tulley, clerk.

Defendant(s): Ferdinand Hudleston, John Mowbray, William Gibson, Ambrose Barnes, Richard Mowbray, John Hornesby.

Subject of depositions: Rectory and parish of Middleton, in Teasdale, and the wast, moor, or common called Teasdale Forest, and the lead mines or ye seames and rakes of lead "oare called Eggleshopp Groves, Redd Groves, "Caldbary alias Coldbury Groves." Metes and bounds. Tithes of lead ore. [Thomas Vane, late of Raby Castle, Durham, deceased, Sir William Huddleston (defendant's late father), and Edward Huddleston, brother of Sir William, are mentioned].

County/place: Durham.

Date of commission: 30 June 1680.
