Short title: Wilson v Marsden.

Plaintiff(s): Edward Wilson.

Defendant(s): Henry Marsden, Thomas Pope, William Flasby, John Butterfield, Roger Preston, Edward Marriner.

Subject of depositions: Rectory, vicarage, and parish of Tunstall, and closes, etc. called "Raran." Metes and bounds. Tithes.

County/place: Westmorland.

Date of commission: 30 June 1680.
