Description

Short title: Tristram v Robinson.

Plaintiff(s): Richard Tristram, clerk.

Defendant(s): George Robinson.

Subject of depositions: Rectory and parish of Belbroughton, and a farm in the parish called "Dodford Hayes" in the possession of defendant. Tithes. The farm is spoken of as "the farm or estate called Dodford, in the "parish of Bromsgrove and county of Worcester" and (as parcel of the late abbey or monastery of Halesowen) exempted from the payment of tithes.

County/place: Worcestershire.

Date of commission: 30 June 1680.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 20 September 1680 at Pedmore.
