Description

Short title: Windsor v Turvey.

Plaintiff(s): The Honourable Other Windsor.

Defendant(s): Thomas Turvey, William Dowdeswell, Peter Lely.

Subject of depositions: Manor of Breedon (Worcestershire). Touching how, in what manner, or by what proportions the payment of the fee-farm rent of £59 12s 0½d issuing out of the manor and lands of Breedon was paid or ought to have been paid by Mr Horngold, Mr Haycock, and Mr Harlowe, the late respective owners or farmers of the manor and lands.

County/place: Worcestershire.

Date of commission: 12 February 1680.
