Defendant(s): Edward Trustan, John Lewis, Richard Tristram.
Subject of depositions: Last wills and testaments and estates of Thomas Lewis, deceased (brother of plaintiff Elizabeth), and of Lewis Hughes, of Treprenoll (Shropshire), second husband of Elizabeth whowas formerly married to Thomas Lewes, and the payment (by Hughes) of the portions left to the plaintiff and her sister Mary by Thomas (their late father).
County/place: Shropshire.
Date of commission: 12 February 1680.
