Description

Short title: Rosingreave v Oulton.

Plaintiff(s): William Rosingreave.

Defendant(s): Richard Oulton.

Subject of depositions: Malt supplied by defendant (a maltster) to the plaintiff (a brewer), and his claim for payment for the malt, and a former suit depending in the Great Sessions for Flint (in September 1678) in which the defendant Richard Oulton was plaintiff and the present plaintiff was defendant.

County/place: Cheshire; Flintshire.

Date of commission: 12 February 1680.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 22 April 1680 at Chester.
