Plaintiff(s): Charles Burwell, mariner, administrator de bonis non of Doctor Thomas Burwell, the elder, deceased.
Defendant(s): John Newton, executor of the last will and testament of Dr Thomas Burwell the younger, deceased, Thomas Johnson.
Subject of depositions: Conveyance of a messuage in Orford and a marsh called Havergate Marsh, in Orford and Gedgrave, by defendant to Thomas Burwell, Doctor of Lawes, as security for the payment of the sum of £600 borrowed of the Dr by Johnson.
County/place: Suffolk.
Date of commission: 12 February 1680.
