Plaintiff(s): The Rt Hon William Earl of Devonshire.
Defendant(s): John Powell, Gregory Ford, Francis Chamberlain, William Buxton, Daniel Buxton, Valentine Smith.
Subject of depositions: Impropriate rectory and the parish of Tutbury, and grounds called Hanbury Parke, Tutbury Park otherwise the Little Parke under the Castle of Tutbury, Castle Keyes Parke, Stokely Park, and Rolston Parke. Also touching the forest or chase of Needwood (Staffordshire). Metes and bounds. Perambulation. Tithes.
County/place: Derbyshire; Staffordshire.
Date of commission: 19 June 1678.
Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 16 October 1678 at Derby.
