Description

Short title: Lord Holls v Baines.

Plaintiff(s): The Rt Hon Denzil Lord Hollis, Baron Hollis of Field, John Rowland, Robert Maynard, Katharine Bosomworth, widow.

Defendant(s): Christopher Baines.

Subject of depositions: Rectory of Kilburne, lands in Bylan, Oldstead, East Cambe, and Wasse, in the parishes of Kilburne and Coxwold, and the late monastery of Byland, in York. Metes and bounds. Tithes.

County/place: Yorkshire.

Date of commission: 28 November 1677.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 25 January 1678 at York.
