Description

Short title: Boldero v Braylesford.

Plaintiff(s): Daniel Boldero.

Defendant(s): James Braylesford.

Subject of depositions: Last will and testament of Henry Boldero (plaintiff's late father), a merchant adventurer in the city of Dort, in the province of Holland, beyond the seas, and his real and personal estate, including lands, in Barton Turfe (Norfolk), in Hepworth (Suffolk), and in Dort. Particularly touching an annuity of £20 left by Henry to his son (plaintiff).

County/place: Cambridgeshire; Norfolk; Suffolk; Holland (beyond seas).

Date of commission: 20 June 1677.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 7 July 1677 at Cambridge.
