Short title: Merrill v Parker.

Plaintiff(s): Ralph Merrill.

Defendant(s): John Parker, Roger Holdinge, Amey Merrill, widow.

Subject of depositions: Right and title to a messuage and lands in Wigland (Cheshire), in defendant's possession, and lately in the possession of Randle Merrill (defendant Amey's late husband). [Sir Thomas Brereton, kt, Randle Merrill (plaintiff's late father), Elizabeth Merrill, widow (plaintiff's late mother), and Randle Merrill (plaintiff's late brother), are mentioned].
