Description

Short title: Trafford v Pell.

Plaintiff(s): Sigismund Trafford, debtor and accomptant to our Sovereign Lord the King.

Defendant(s): Edward Pell.

Subject of depositions: Manor of Littleburyes (in defendant's possession), heretofore the lands of Thomas Webster, in the parish of Tidd St Mary's (Lincolnshire). Whether ever any quit-rent was payable for the manor to the lord of the manor of Dunton Hall or of Tilney? etc.

County/place: Lincolnshire.

Date of commission: 28 May 1677.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 13 January 1677(?) at Fleete.
