Subject of depositions: Alleged contempt of court committed by defendants in the non-performance of a "decree of the Court of Exchequer between Sir John Knight, plaintiff, and the said Francis Vaughan and William Plumley ", "and others" defendants, the "others" being Thomas Jennings, William Strode, Thomas Baynard, and Benjamin Tibbett, ordering defendants to hold a session of the commissioners of sewers to reimburse plaintiff in the sum of £262 Os 8d.
