Plaintiff(s): Walter Braems.
Defendant(s): Miles Jacob and his wife Margaret, relict and administratrix of the goods and chattels, with the will annexed, of John Inmith, deceased, William Ruck, Margaret Inmith, and Eleanor Inmuth (an infant), by the same Miles Jacob her guardian.
Subject of depositions: Vicarage, church, rectory, and parsonage of Folkstone, lately in the occupation of John Hills and John Inmith, late of Folkstone, deceased, as tenants to the plaintiff. Arrears of rent.
County/place: Kent.
Date of commission: 28 November 1676.
Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 12 January 1677 at Wye.
