Short title: Pickering v Tipping.

Plaintiff(s): Robert Pickering.

Defendant(s): Isaac Tipping.

Subject of depositions: Lease of "Newton tithes and the small tithes or Easter Roll of the chapelry of Daresbury, made by the Dean and Cannons of Christchurch in Oxford" to the plaintiff, John Daniel, Ralph Starkey, and Richard Rutter. Tithes.
