Description

Short title: Winter v Talbot.

Plaintiff(s): Dame Mary Winter, widow of Sir George Winter.

Defendant(s): Gilbert Talbot, Mervin Touchett, William Talbot, Francis Finch, George Parker, John Bearcroft, John Brooke, William Norris, Thomas Smyth, Ann Smyth, widow.

Subject of depositions: Last will and testament and estate of Sir George Winter (plaintiff's late husband), including the manors of Huddington and Cooksey, a house and lands called "Bachcott" and lands in the parish of Upton Warren. [Mrs. Helen Winter, her mother Mrs Margaret Winter, Sir George Kemp, and Francis Earl of Shrewsbury, are mentioned].
