Description

Short title: Allington v Bullingham.

Plaintiff(s): John Allington, the elder, rector of Uppingham and prebendary of the prebend of Ketton, John Allington, the younger, son of said rector.

Defendant(s): John Bullingham.

Subject of depositions: Renewal of the lease of the prebend and parsonage of Ketton (Rutland).

County/place: Lincolnshire; Rutland.

Date of commission: 12 February 1675.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 19 April 1675 at Stamford.
