Plaintiff(s): Elizabeth Wastell, widow, John Wastell (an infant), by said Elizabeth , his mother and guardian, John Sutton, John Sparrow, Thomas Sutton, Mary Gibson, John Cook, Elizabeth Somersydes, widow, Thomas Goodrick, Matthew Curle, George Wright, Stephen Robinson, Christopher Tothall, Christr. Bell, George Sutton, Christopher Bell, Christopher Joblin, Anthony Joblin.

Defendant(s): Thomas Johnson, John Burton, Ralph Crofts and his wife Ellianor.

Subject of depositions: Town, of Scorton, in York. Tithes.

County/place: Yorkshire.

Date of commission: 12 February 1675.
