Description

Short title: Bickerton v Bickerton.

Plaintiff(s): Arthur Bickerton.

Defendant(s): Elizabeth Bickerton, widow, Elizabeth Bickerton (infant), by Ralph Tushingham, her guardian.

Subject of depositions: Capital messuage in Horshall, and lands in Marbury, Rhenbury, Horshall, and Newall, formerly belonging to George Bickerton, the elder (plaintiff's grandfather). Touching a settlement thereof made on George's marriage with Jane the daughter of Thomas Burges.

County/place: Cheshire.

Date of commission: 28 November 1674.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 28 December 1674 at Namptwich.
