Subject of depositions: Late forest of Braydon (Wiltshire), and the vicarage and parish of Minty. Concerning lands allotted to the vicar of Minty on the "inclosure and improvement" of the forest, in lieu of all tithes and commons to be claimed by the vicar out of the forest, lying within that parish. Touching allotments also made to the inhabitants of Okesey in lieu of common, and (as they allege) free of tithe. Tithes.
