Description

Short title: Rundle v Mayor of Lostwithiel.

Plaintiff(s): Charles Rundle, William Williams.

Defendant(s): The mayor and burgesses of the borough of Lostwithiel (Cornwall).

Subject of depositions: Borough of Lostwithiel, the towns and villages of Fowy, Polruan, and Bodinnicke, and the river or harbour of Fowy. Harbour dues for keyage, wharfage, etc.

County/place: Cornwall.

Date of commission: 26 June 1672.
