Short title: Mayor of Newcastle-upon-Tyne v Overing.

Plaintiff(s): The mayor and burgesses of the town of Newcastle-upon-Tyne.

Defendant(s): John Overing.

Subject of depositions: Town, port, and corporation of Newcastle-on-Tyne, and a brew-house kept by defendant in the town of N. Sheeles. Metes and bounds of port. Jurisdiction, privileges, and customs of corporation.
