Description

Short title: Crofts v Rawlins.

Plaintiff(s): Joseph Crofts, clerk.

Defendant(s): Richard Rawlins.

Subject of depositions: Vicarage of Upclatford, farms in Upclatford, called "Normans Court Farm" belonging to Sir John Trott, bart (heretofore Sir John Holland's farm), pasture ground called "Farnells Downe" and a farm called "Sackville's Court Farm" the parish of Wherwell, and the vicarage and parish of Andiver. Metes and bounds. Tithes.

County/place: Hampshire.

Date of commission: 15 May 1672.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 4 June 1672 at Andiver.
