Defendant(s): John Newman.
Subject of depositions: Collecting, the duties of "butlerage or prizage" of wines in the port of Plymouth or duchy of Cornwall, and in the ports, members, and creekes thereof, i.e. in the ports of Falmouth, Truro, Penryn, and Helston. Touching the accounts of Anthony Gross, collector of the duty under plaintiff's deputy (John Martyn), and the last will, of Gross (of which defendant is executor), including his lands in Milor (Cornwall).
