Description

Short title: Crofts v Rawlins.

Plaintiff(s): Joseph Crofts, clerk.

Defendant(s): Richard Rawlins.

Subject of depositions: Rectory and parish of Upclatford, and a farm there called "Farralls Downe" and a farm called "Normans Court Farm" both in defendant's possession, and lands called "Plassetts" and "Alyffes Water." Metes and bounds. Tithes. [The freehold lands of Sir John Trott in such parish are mentioned].

County/place: Hampshire.

Date of commission: 12 February 1672.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 10 April 1672 at Andlver.
