Plaintiff(s): William Strode.
Defendant(s): Katherine Davidge, widow, William Fry, the elder, Gideon Bartlet, John Corpe, Robert Jeanes, William Fry, the younger, John Fox, Richard Mason.
Subject of depositions: Rectory impropriate of St John the Baptist in Glastonbury (Somerset), together with the chapels of St Bennings alias St Benedicts in Glastonbury, West Bradley, and West Pennard, and to rectory annexed. Touching lands called "Sharpham Park" in defendant Katherine's possession, and "Northwood Park" in the possession of the other defendants. Metes and bounds. Tithes.
County/place: Somerset.
Date of commission: 12 February 1672.
Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 2 May 1672 at Glastonbury.
