Description

Short title: Noy v Jones.

Plaintiff(s): Joseph Noy, Pascoe Tresylian.

Defendant(s): Hugh Jones.

Subject of depositions: Deanery of Buryan (farmed by plaintiffs of John Weeks, DD, Dean thereof) (Cornwall), and the parishes of Jennen and Buryan (Cornwall), and defendant's tenements called "Penrose" and "Brew" in the parish of "Jennings" and his lands, etc. called "Bosfranken" in the parish of Burian. Tithes.

County/place: Cornwall.

Date of commission: 12 February 1672.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 26 April 1672 at Penzance.
