Description

Short title: Cabell v Mack-worth.

Plaintiff(s): Richard Cabell, Richard Helyar, John Rock, clerk, John Norton, Robert Talbott, John Raymond, John Chasey.

Defendant(s): Sir Thomas Mack-worth, bart John Webb, Richard Tomlyns, Gawen Lowry.

Subject of depositions: Manors of Butley, Street, and Glastonbury, and the moore or waste ground called "South Moore" alias "Alder Moore" (said to be parcel of the late abbey of Glastonbury), lying in or near the parishes of Butleigh, Street, and Glastonbury. Touching the inclosure of moor, and allotments made to Chas I to the lords of the manors, and to those having right of common on the manor. Common of estovers.
