Description

Short title: Mayor of Bridgewater v Bobbett.

Plaintiff(s): The mayor, aldermen, and burgesses of the town and borough of Bridgewater.

Defendant(s): Richard Bobbett, John Baker, RobertBobbett.

Subject of depositions: Town and corporation of Bridgewater. Touching the "usages and customs of said town with respect to the buying and selling of sea coles or Welch coales" etc.

County/place: Somerset.

Date of commission: 28 November 1671.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 17 January 1672 at Bridgewater.
