Description

Short title: Mereweather v Hill.

Plaintiff(s): Margaret Mereweather, the relict of Francis Mereweather, deceased, late of Ulye (Gloucestershire).

Defendant(s): John Hill.

Subject of depositions: Bond or agreement between Francis Mereweather (plaintiff's late husband) and defendant and his brother Anthony Hill, by which bond defendants undertook (in consideration of the sum of forty pounds from Francis) to pay to Mrs Sheppard (the mother of Francis) during her life the sum of six pounds per annum.

County/place: Gloucestershire.
