Subject of depositions: Estate of John Washbourne (defendant's late father) (of Witchinford) sequestered by the parliament in the reign of Chas I Touching money lent by plaintiff to John to pay his fine for his composition to take off the sequestration and prevent the sale of the estate. Lease of the manor of Westmacott, and a farm in Norton, in the parish of Breedon (Worcestershire); made by John to Thomas Wheeler (in trust for plaintiff), as a security for such loan. Touching also lands in Pitchley and Cransley (Northamptonshire), lately belonging to Alice Dawnes.
