Description

Short title: Deye v Brown.

Plaintiff(s): John Deye, Peter Blofeild.

Defendant(s): Richard Brown, George Gaunt, Augs. Curtis, Edmund Hunton and his wife Clare, Edward Smyter and his wife Mary.

Subject of depositions: Messuage and brewhouse "or brewing office" situate in the parish of St Gregory, Norwich, and a messuage called "The Cock" in the parish of St Giles, Norwich, both belonging to the defendant Smyter. Touching certain mortgages of the premises.

County/place: Norfolk.

Date of commission: 22 June 1670.
