Plaintiff(s): Adrian Mundy.
Defendant(s): The mayor and burgesses of the boro' of Derby.
Subject of depositions: Plaintiff's mill called Cowcastle Mill, the defendant's mill called Holmes Mill, the River Darwent, and the Great Weare above the mills. Touching the damage caused to Great Weare, by neglect of repairs in defendant's mills, scouring and cleansing of watercourses and millpool.
County/place: Derbyshire.
Date of commission: 28 June 1670.
Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 31 August 1670 at Derby.
