Short title: Sawyer v Price.

Plaintiff(s): Sir Edmond Sawyer, kt, one of the 7 auditors of the Exchequer and lord of the manor of Builth.

Defendant(s): Thomas Price, Robert Thomas, Howell Thomas, David Prosser.

Subject of depositions: Manor of Buielt (Builth) (Brecon). Customs of manor. Tolls of fairs and markets. Touching also adecree in a former suit, about 7 Chas I Sir Edmond Sawyer, kt, v. John Williams.

County/place: Breconshire.
